Richmond Handyman – Get Ready For The Holidays
By Steve | November 3, 2011
A big hello from Steve, your Richmond Handyman!
I hope you had a fantastic summer, and are looking forward to getting ready for the holidays – and the holiday season – as much as I am.
Of course, there’s usually a lot of “getting ready” involved in preparation for the holiday season, which is also the winter season. It’s not just the gifts and the decorations. Or the turkey. Or bringing out the warm clothes.
You want your home to be ready for the holidays too. And as your Richmond handyman, I can help.
Richmond Handyman Tip 1:
Get Your Home Ready for Winter
It’s getting colder again, and before we know it, there might be snow… It’s definitely time to get moving on fall projects – and fast.
Fortunately, I’m usually able to help you quickly, which is why I call my business “Richmond Handyman Express.” But of course it’s first come first served, so if you need help, call me soon. My number is 426-8544.
For example, if your roof has been dinged during the recent Hurricane or Tornado, or if it’s leaking a bit for whatever reason, it’s high time to get it fixed.
After all, you want to prevent further damage from happening.
Sure, you could get a new roof, and in that case, you may want to call a roofer. But if you just want a few leaky areas fixed, I’ll be happy to help. I’ve fixed LOTS of roofs over the years, and quite a few very recently (hurricane damage). So please let me know if I can help.
Richmond Handyman Tip 2: Freshen Up Your Walls
And here’s another tip: freshen up your walls, inside and out. If you want your home to look good from the outside, your time is running out. Better hurry before it gets too cold to give it a new paint job.
And on the inside… Why not give those walls a makeover before you bring out the Holiday decoration? They’ll look so much prettier with a fresh coat of paint!
Richmond Handyman Tip 3: Fix the little things
Finally, I bet there are those niggling little things that drive you nuts. From leaky faucets to leaky toilets that keep “refilling” themselves every few minutes.
Whatever little projects around the house you haven’t gotten around to, just let me know. I might be able to help.
Just call your trusty Richmond Handyman and I can let you know if it’s within the range of services I offer. I’d love to help you get ready for the Holidays.
Just remember, it’s first come first served, and things can get pretty busy right before the holiday. So give me a call now, the sooner the better, and I can help you get ready for the holidays.
My Richmond Handyman Express number is: 426-8544
If I’m busy or on the phone, just leave your number and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
In the meantime, enjoy the fall colors…
Steve
