Spring Cleaning Tips & Richmond Handyman Special

By Steve | April 5, 2010

It’s spring and heading towards summer, so spring cleaning is way overdue. And here’s my spring cleaning tip:

As you clean up around the house, you may come across a few “projects” where you might need help.

Maybe you need to install a few new curtain rods, or take care of that tired plaster on the ceiling that’s been bugging you all winter, or fix a dripping faucet or a leaky toilet that’s been driving you crazy or or or…

There are quite a few little and sometimes not so little jobs that can really put a crimp in that well taken care of look and feel of your home. So as you’re going to the trouble cleaning things, why not take care of those things properly as well.

So whatever it may be, don’t let it ruin your day. Just get it fixed instead. And if you didn’t know where to turn to have it fixed, here’s your solution:

Simply give me, your trusty Richmond Handyman, a call, and I’ll take care of it. And you know what, it gets even better! Check this out:

Projects Around the House? Richmond Handyman to the Rescue!

By Steve | January 23, 2010

Do you have projects around the house? Let your Richmond Handyman take care of them before they turn into problems.

Start the new year right with having your home well maintained. It’s the little things that can often make the difference between everything running smoothly and ongoing annoyances.

Is a faucet dripping? Or you may need some plaster repaired,  Maybe you’d like to have a room repainted? Whatever those projects around the house may be, I, as your trusty Richmond Handyman, will be happy to take care of them.

Too many people put up with those annoyances for far too long.  They think that one day, they might get around to fix them themselves.  Or they’re afraid that it would cost too much (I have very reasonable rates).

They may even have tried to get a handyman to fix them, but he never showed up when he said he would.  You want someone reliable and friendly, someone who does great work at a fair price. You don’t have to put up with those frustrations any longer…

Richmond Handyman at your Service

Just call me at 426-8544, we’ll schedule a convenient time, and I’ll fix it for you.  If there’s an emergency, I can often fit you in on the same day (usually).

Looking forward to helping you maintain your home in 2010!

By Steve | August 17, 2009

Hello,

Steve, your Richmond Handyman, here.

Do you have any projects around the house that you’ve been meaning to get to?  They make you feel guilty.  But then, you probably have other things to do…

Why not hire them out. I’d be glad to help.

Whether your projects are big or small, just give me a call and I can tell you what it’ll take — and how soon I can help you.

I pride myself of being available quickly — that’s why I call my business “Richmond Handyman Express.”

But of course, it’s first-come first-served.  Sometimes, things can get busy, like during this “get back to school” time, and at times during the fall and winter.

So why not plan ahead and get in front of the line (and get it done before it turns into an “urgent” project.

And you know how some small projects can turn into big and expensive projects if they’re left unattended…

Just give me a call at 426-8544 and find out how I may be able to help you.

Looking forward to talking with you.

Welcome to Richmond Handyman Express!

By Steve | May 11, 2009

Do you ever have a project around the house that drives you nuts but you don’t know what to do?  Why not call a handyman, preferably me, Steve Hall, also known as Richmond Handyman Express.  I specialize in friendly and fast service — whether your project is big or small.

Whether your sink won’t drain, or your toilet won’t stop flushing, or the faucet’s dripping or the plaster is coming off your ceiling, I can do it all.  I’m versed in a wide range of handyman projects and will be happy to help you.

All it takes is a phone call.  You tell me what’s amiss, we’ll arrange a good time for me to come by and I usually can fix it right then and there.

And that’s not all.  I’ll also provide you with some information on how to keep your home in tip-top shape.  No, I’m not trying to put myself out of business.  There’s plenty of work to be done.

But here’s the deal:

If you sign up for my Richmond Handyman Express newsletter, you’ll be getting an email (occasionally — I’m terrible at writing emails — I’d much rather fix your broken caulking around your bathtub or whatever).

But seriously, as I said, if you sign up for my newsletter, I WILL send you sort of regular updates on how to keep the various appliances in your home running well, how to do some do-it-yourself projects, and, hey, I’ll send you information on an occasional special deal too.

Some weeks are slow, and if you’ve been getting annoyed by that faucet for a while, you might be happy to take me up on a special offer to fix it in one of my slower weeks, rather than wait to have an emergency when I’m booked solid.

So write down my number:  804-426-8544 and call me when you need a Richmond Handyman — fast.

I look forward to helping you keep your home in top shape.

Steve

P.S.:  Need references?  Call me and I’ll give you some names and numbers of my satisfied clients.
